Does Stress prolong life?

British researchers found that nervousness, frustration, quarrels help to live longer and stay beautiful and cheerful. They refute the earlier statement that all this leads to premature aging and different diseases. In addition the scientists found that stress can be a good prevention from diseases of the joints, blood vessels and heart.One of the famous London’s scientist Marios Kiriazis is actively engaged in the investigation. He tested a certain group of people who are exposed to a “good” stress such as being late for the bus, airplane, exam, etc. Kiriazis believes that “good stress” activates protective mechanism of the human organism, promotes the production of certain cells that rejuvenate the body, improve the immune function of the human organism, and increase the resistance to infectious diseases. Cooperation between brain cells, their function is improved as well.
Scientists assure that such a “good” stresses in its effects is very close to morning exercises for the whole organism. Especially such kind of morning exercises is useful to people older than 35 years. It is also desirable to avoid “wrong” stress, which can extend over a long time and which are quite harmful to the body. Such stress can provoke the development of different diseases.
